ReplyDeleteHi there, I read your post about the focus of cheese in France, and I found it very interesting and informative. I know that Wisconsin is also very big on their cheeses, and even have people in Wisconsin called cheeseheads. Since I grew up in Wisconsin, I also grew up being very familiar with dairy products, specifically cheese and have gained a strong desire for different types of cheese. However I had no idea about the different categories and all the different ways the cheeses can be produced. I found this information very interesting and I think it would be really cool to do some cheese-tasting event there if I had the chance.
